Hello,
I have been trying to backup my applications on my blackberry mobile through blackberry FAQ page. When I start the backup process every time the progress bar stop and I get the message of input the PIN no of your new device, but I am not backing up any new device, when I ignore this message the process gets cancelled.

Can you give me any help on this?
